The four hour window problem
To get anything fixed these days you need someone at the house between 9 and 5. The cable company gives you a window. The appliance delivery gives you a window. The AC tech gives you a window. Meanwhile you have a job.
We take the window. You go to work, or stay in Ohio, and the water heater still gets replaced on Tuesday.
Work that happens while you are away
This is the service out of state owners use most. You want the floors redone before you come down in November, but you are not going to fly in to open a door.
We can let a crew in the morning, check on everything through the day, and lock up at night. On multi-day jobs we do that every day the crew is on site.

Waiting Services questions
Can you wait at my house for a repair while I am out of state?
Yes. This is the most common way our Waiting service is used. We hold access, meet the contractor, stay on site, lock up, and send you a note on what was done.
How long will you wait at the property?
As long as the appointment window runs. For multi-day work we open in the morning and lock up at night, every day the crew is on site.
Are you insured to be alone in my home?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and every employee passes a level 2 background check before they work a job.
Can you combine waiting with a cleaning visit?
Yes. Owners often book a waiting visit and a clean on the same day so the property is contractor ready and then guest ready. Ask when you call and we schedule them together.
