Plans are built per office, not per square foot
A five person insurance office on Manatee Avenue and a twelve person medical suite off Cattlemen Road need different work on different nights. We walk the space, agree on what gets touched and how often, and price it flat.
If you want the basic version, we do the basic version. If you want the detail version where every monitor gets wiped, we do that. The plan is yours to set.
We clean around your hours
Most offices book us after close or before open so nobody is working around a vacuum. We are a family run business with 11 employees and 5 vehicles on the road, and we can hold an evening slot for you week after week.
Everyone on the team is licensed, insured, and background checked to level 2. That matters when the cleaning crew has a key to a space with client files in it.

Do you clean offices after business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial clients book evening or early morning slots so the work happens with nobody in the space. We hold the same slot each week so your team knows the schedule.
What size offices do you clean?
We focus on small offices and suites, the kind with two to twenty five people. That includes professional offices, medical suites, salons, studios, and small retail back-of-house.
Is your team background checked?
Yes. We run level 2 background checks on all employees, and we are licensed and insured. We can provide certificates of insurance for building management on request.
Can we start with a one-time office clean?
Yes. A lot of offices start with a single deep clean before deciding on a recurring plan. There is no contract required either way.
