Lido Key is two different properties in one small place. Along Ben Franklin Drive you have mid and high rise Gulf front buildings with balconies, sliders, and salt film that returns within a week of being cleaned. Behind St. Armands Circle you have compact single story homes from the 1950s and 60s with terrazzo and original tile.
The tower work is glass, balcony, and building coordination. The street work is floors, older bathrooms, and homes that are often occupied only part of the year.
Building rules and parking are part of the job
Most Lido buildings have loading dock hours, service elevator rules, and a front desk that needs to know who is coming. We work inside those rules routinely. Give us the building contact and we sort access before the first visit.
