A narrow strip between the Gulf and the Intracoastal
Indian Shores is about a mile of barrier island, in places only a few hundred feet wide, with the Gulf on one side and the Intracoastal on the other. Gulf Boulevard runs the length of it and most of the housing is condominium buildings and small beach homes rather than large lots.
Water on both sides means salt exposure from both sides. Sliders, screens, and balcony rails need attention more often here than they would even one street inland on the mainland.
Scheduled routes, not same-day calls
Indian Shores is at the north end of our service area, across the Sunshine Skyway from our Bradenton office. We serve it on planned routes, which keeps arrival times predictable and pricing honest.
For rental owners that means booking the season calendar rather than week to week. Recurring residential clients get slotted into a standing route.

Indian Shores questions
Do you clean vacation rentals in Indian Shores?
Yes. We handle turnovers for Gulf Boulevard condos and beach homes, including linens, restock, and staging. Book the season calendar rather than week to week so the changeover dates are reserved.
How much notice do you need for Indian Shores?
More than for a Manatee County job, because Indian Shores is across the Skyway and served on planned routes. Recurring schedules are the easiest to accommodate.
Why does salt build up so fast on Indian Shores glass?
The island is narrow enough that salt spray arrives from both the Gulf and the Intracoastal. Sliders, screens, and balcony rails on these buildings need attention on most visits rather than occasionally.
